I, like a lot of you, jumped on the Gearwrench deal from Trident Supply in the Hot Deals thread last month. I patiently tracked my Gearwrench ratchets & they showed as being delivered….however, I was still at work & had to wait several hours.
Much to my dismay, I arrived home and my package was nowhere to be found. I’ve lived in my house for over ten years and had A LOT of tools & “stuff” delivered without a single loss. So did somebody steal it, did one of my neighbor grab it for me? who knows…..

A call to Mike at Trident set my mind at ease. He called Fed Ex & got the ball rolling… In my opinion, Fed Ex could care less, and their “investigation” was closed. No determination was made, and I still don’t know where the package is. I followed up with Mike at Trident & he immediately sent a new set of ratchets. After I voiced my concerns that somebody may have stolen it from my front porch, I suggested having Fed Ex put the package on my back porch. Mike attached a fluorescent label stating to put the package on the back porch, of course, they didn’t do that!
I arrived home today, and my package was on the front porch sitting in the rain! All is well & I’m a happy guy!

Received my 3pc Gearwrench 120xp ratchet set from Trident today. Very pleased with them so far. Used all three sizes pretty extensively this afternoon along side my Craftsman thin profile set. I've never had round handled ratchets before and they fit my hand great and feel very comfortable. In all honesty though, I really can't tell the difference in tooth count between these and my 60 tooth Cmans. I thought there would be a very noticeable difference, but not seeing it. Still, great ratchets so far, and I still plan on picking up the 120xp 4pc flex head set.

Placed my order lastnight. Great price for the Gearwrench mid-length sockets Mike. You even beat the eBay...

Just ordered the GW 84tooth cushion grip 3/8 ratchet and a socket to fill a gap on my 1/4 drive SAE tray. Looking forward to having a new "go-to" ratchet.
Hope it's okay that I used the Facebook code for 20% with the GJ shipping code. I had trouble with the GJ 20% code, but it was my fault. I wasn't putting in the "-20". Figured that out when I did the FB code. I still listed my GJ username in comments.
