How do I return an item?

TRIDENT INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY RETURN POLICY.
IT’S SIMPLE:  DON’T LIKE IT? RETURN IT WITHIN 45 DAYS, NO PROBLEM.

If you have received incorrect product(s) or it’s damaged please call, email or live chat with us so we can get you a return label and replacement product(s) ASAP.
Just didn’t like it? No problem, call us for an RMA then ship it to us. Please make sure to insure it against damage. We always recommend that you take a picture of the item before you ship it and of the sealed box just in case it is damaged in transit.

WHEN REQUESTING AN RMA, PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

1. Your order number (if available).
2. Item number and quantity of the product you wish to return.
3. The reason for your return.
4. Whether the item was or was not used.

Please note:
  • Any claims for damaged products, shortages, or receipt of wrong product must be made within five business days (we have a limited time frame within which we must notify the shipping company). Please contact customer service within this time frame.
  • All sales of special order items are final. Your customer service representative will inform you which items are returnable when you call.
  • Trident Industrial Supply accepts returns on all stocked items within 45 days for refund/exchange/credit. Items must be in original packaging and in working and sell-able order. Shipping charges are only refunded when the item is defective/damaged.
  • Once our warehouse has received the item and processed your return, your credit/refund will be processed. Trident Industrial Supply will pay for return shipping ONLY for products shipped to you in error or that were received defective.
